Robert Groff
Bob Groff began working in quality control before taking on management positions in all areas of the pharmaceutical industry, including two pharmaceutical and chemical start-ups. He has also had positions in supply chain management and recently with automation, manufacturing IT, and enterprise resource planning (ERP). Previously, Mr. Groff was the president of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS).
Richard Lemire
Our other managing partner, Rich Lemire, spent more than 30 years with a global pharmaceutical company in roles of increasing importance in manufacturing IT, automation, and supply chain. He has overseen these areas on both a local and a global scale. Rich has extensive experience in planning, project management, developing and implementing strategies, commissioning and decommissioning production sites.
